About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of criminal and executive activities
For the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in the field of execution of punishments in compliance with the legislation accepted within judicial and legal reform according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Regulations of pre-trial detention centers of criminal executive system of the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 30, 2006 No. 631 the following changes:
in Regulations of the pre-trial detention centers of criminal executive system of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in Chapter I:
the fifth after the word "(determination)" to add the paragraph with the word of "investigative";
in the note of figure "53" to replace with figures "77";
- in Chapter III:
"(determination)" to add Item 1 after the word with the word of "investigative";
the eighteenth item 4 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"-accused of making of the following crimes provided by the Criminal code of the Kyrgyz Republic: murder (Article 130); causing severe harm to health (part 3 Articles 138); infection with incurable infectious disease (Article 149); rape (Article 161); violent acts of sexual nature (Article 162); robbery (Article 202); act of terrorism (Article 239); taking of hostages (Article 244); creation of illegal armed group or participation in it (Article 250);";
- in paragraph four of Chapter X of the word "to administrative or criminal liability" shall be replaced with words "to responsibility according to the Criminal code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about offenses";
