Bring in the Labor Code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 1, Art. 3; No. 30, Art. 3033; 2003, No. 27, Art. 2700; 2004, No. 35, Art. 3607; 2005, No. 19, Art. 1752; 2006, No. 27, Art. 2878; No. 52, Art. 5498; 2008, No. 30, Art. 3613; 2009, No. 1, Art. 21; No. 30, Art. 3732; 2011, No. 30, Art. 4590, 4596; 2013, No. 52, Art. 6986; 2016, No. 18, Art. 2508; No. 27, Art. 4205; 2018, No. 1, Art. 86; No. 30, Art. 4542) following changes:

1) in Article 356:

a) add with the new paragraph twenty third the following content:

"will organize and holds the events directed to prevention of violations of the labor law and other regulatory legal acts containing regulations of labor right according to the program of prevention of such violations which is annually approved by it;";

b) add with the paragraph the twenty fourth the following content:

"takes measures for forced discharge of duty of the employer for payment to the worker of the salary and (or) other payments added, but not paid at the scheduled time performed within employment relationships;";

c) twenty third to consider the paragraph the paragraph the twenty fifth;

Part one of Article 357 to add 2) with the paragraph of the following content:

"make the decision on forced discharge of duty of the employer on payment to the worker of the salary and (or) other payments added, but not paid at the scheduled time performed within employment relationships according to Article 360.1 of this Code.";

To add 3) with Article 360.1 of the following content:

"Article 360.1. Procedure for forced discharge of duty of the employer on payment to the worker of the salary and (or) other payments added, but not paid at the scheduled time performed within employment relationships
