About modification of Rules of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity
The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 27, 2010 No. 1172 "About approval of Rules of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity and about introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning the organization of functioning of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 14, Art. 1916; 2015, No. 36, Art. 5034; 2016, No. 31, Art. 5017; 2017, No. 25, Art. 3684; No. 37, Art. 5531; No. 43, Art. 6335; 2018, No. 15, Art. 2163; 2019, No. 5, Art. 389).
2. Determine that when carrying out long-term competitive selection of capacity with start date of delivery of capacity since January 1, 2025 the deliveries predicted in year amounts of the maximum hour consumption of electrical energy in each price zone which are subject to use when carrying out such long-term competitive selection of capacity in 2019 are used.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
