1. Bring in Item 3 of Rules of provision of subventions from the federal budget to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation on realization of the delegated powers of the Russian Federation on provision of housing for the veterans, disabled people and families having the handicapped children approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 15, 2005 No. 614 "About approval of Rules of provision of subventions from the federal budget to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation on realization of the delegated powers of the Russian Federation on provision of housing for the veterans, disabled people and families having handicapped children" (The Russian Federation Code, 2005, No. 43, Art. 4399; 2008, No. 47, Art. 5481; 2009, No. 6, Art. 737; 2013, No. 33, Art. 4390; 2014, No. 14, Art. 1627; 2018, No. 41, Art. 6250), following changes:
a) the third and fourth to state paragraphs in the following edition:
"If the Federal Law on the federal budget for the next financial year and planning period provides the subvention which is not distributed between subjects of the Russian Federation in the amount which is not exceeding 5 percent of total amount of the corresponding subvention, such subvention can be distributed between subjects of the Russian Federation on the purposes specified in Item 1 of these rules without introduction of amendments to the Federal Law on the federal budget for the next financial year and planning period.
