About modification of some Orders of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan

According to article 56 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 3, 2010, No. 226 "About Committee on cases of religion, streamlining of national traditions, celebrations and ceremonies under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan" the following changes:

- in the name and Items 1 - 6 and 8 - 11 words "Committee on Cases of Religion, Streamlining of National Traditions, Celebrations and Ceremonies" shall be replaced with words "Committee on religion, streamlining of traditions, celebrations and ceremonies";

- in Item 7 of the word "Department of Cases of Religion, Streamlining of National Traditions, Celebrations and Ceremonies" and "Sector for Religion, Streamlinings of National Traditions, Celebrations and Ceremonies" to replace respectively with the words "Department of Religion, Streamlining of Traditions, Celebrations and Ceremonies" and "Sector on Religion, Streamlining of Traditions, Celebrations and Ceremonies".

2. Bring in the Regulations on Committee on cases of religion, streamlining of national traditions, celebrations and ceremonies under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 3, 2010, No. 226 "About Committee on cases of religion, streamlining of national traditions, celebrations and ceremonies under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan", the following changes:
