About modification and amendments in some Orders of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 2, 2008, No. 600 "About the Procedure for rendering medical and sanitary services to citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan by organizations of the state health care system" the following changes:
- in word preamble "article 51 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About public health care" "shall be replaced with words" article 11 of the Code of health care of the Republic of Tajikistan";
- in Items 2, of 3, to "The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tajikistan" and "The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan" respectively shall be replaced with words the 4 and 5 words to "The Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan" and "The Ministry of Labour, migration and employment of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan".
2. Bring in the Procedure for rendering medical and sanitary services to citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan by organizations of the state health care system approved - the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 2, 2008, No. 600, the following changes and amendments:
- in Item 1 of the word "article 51 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About public health care" "shall be replaced with words" article 11 of the Code of health care of the Republic of Tajikistan";
