Bring in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 27, 2018 No. 197 "About approval of Rules of calculation of annual effective rate of remuneration for the loan agreement" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 17464, it is published on October 12, 2018 in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in electronic form) the following changes:
"And subitem 86-2) of part two of article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 30, 1995 "About National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan" to exclude 1) in preamble of the specified resolution of the word;
2) in the Rules of calculation of annual effective rate of remuneration for the loan agreement approved by the specified resolution:
to state part one of Item 1 in the following edition:
"These rules of calculation of annual effective rate of remuneration for the loan agreement (further - Rules) establish procedure of payments of annual effective rate of remuneration according to the loan agreement signed with the borrower physical person according to Article 725-1 of the Civil code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Special part) of July 1, 1999.";
in the subitem 4) "the microfinancial organization, credit partnership" shall be replaced with words parts two of Item 1 of the word "the organization performing microfinancial activities";
