Bring in the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About tobacco and tobacco products" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2001, No. 9, Article 568; 2002, No. 5, Article 240; 2003, No. 1, Article 6; 2007, No. 5, Article 397, No. 10, Article 938; 2009, No. 12, Article 945; 2016, No. 1, Article 28; 2017, No. 1, article 2, No. 12 (I book), Article 2244) following changes:
1. Give Article 1.0.4 in the following edition:
"1.0.4. tobacco products - the products made of tobacco leaf and its components incorporating nicotine, active alkaloid, including cancerogenic substances and causing addiction to nicotine (cigarettes, cigarettes, cigars, cigarillos, pipe tobacco, etc.).".
2. In Article 1.0.5 of the word "in leaf and smoke of tobacco and pipe tobacco" shall be replaced with words "as a part of tobacco and pipe tobacco".
