3. under Article 9:
3.1. give the first part in the following edition:
"Railway and automotive vehicles pass through frontier of the Azerbaijan Republic only at check points. The number of check points through frontier of the Azerbaijan Republic, the territories of their arrangement, the Rule of the organization and coordination in the specified Items are established by relevant organ of the executive authority. At check points through frontier of the Azerbaijan Republic Items of border control and customs authorities (posts) are created.".
3.2. add with the second part of the following content:
"The legal basis for transition through frontier of the Azerbaijan Republic of sea, river, air vehicles.".
