In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About telecommunications" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2005, No. 8, Article 685; 2006, No. 11, Article 932; 2007, No. 5, Article 442, No. 11, Article 1053; 2016, No. 6, Article 969, No. 12, Article 1989; 2017, No. 3, Article 346, No. 6, Articles 1024, 1046, No. 7, article 1266, No. 12 (I book), Article 2255; 2018, No. 6, Article 1161; The Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of March 29, 2019 No. 1539-VQD) to make the following changes:
1. Add with Article 33.1.9-4 of the following content:
"33.1.9-4. answer in real time for request of the body (structure) established by relevant organ of the executive authority for the purpose of identification of mobile number during state registration of limited liability company with local investments;".
2. in Article 33.2 of the word "and 33.1.4" shall be replaced with words ", 33.1.4 and 33.1.9-4".
