About change of the Criminal code of the Republic of Belarus

Article 1. Bring in the Criminal code of the Republic of Belarus of July 9, 1999 the following changes:
1. In Article 90:
add Article with part 8 of the following content:
"8. Persons condemned for making of corruption crimes are not subject to parole from punishment.";
add Article with the note of the following content:
"Note. Corruption crimes in this Article and Article of 91 of this Code are understood as crimes, stipulated in Article 210, by parts 2 and 3 of Article 235 (when making of the specified crimes by the official with use of the office powers), Articles 424, of 425, parts 2 and 3 of Article 426 (when making of the specified crimes from mercenary or other personal interest), Articles 429-432, and also Article 455 (when making of the specified crimes from mercenary or other personal interest) of this Code.".
2. Add Article 91 with part 7 of the following content:
"7. Replacement of unexpired part of punishment with milder pinishment is not applied to persons condemned for making of corruption crimes.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective in ten days after its official publication.
