About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning providing easy access of citizens to the coast of water objects for general water use
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:
1. Article 60 of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (1984, appendix to No. 51, by the station 1122) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR with parts two and third the following content:
"Restriction in any manner easy or free access of citizens to the coast of the seas, sea gulfs, estuaries and islands in internal sea waters within the beach area, and also to coast of the rivers, reservoirs and islands for general water use, except the cases provided by the law
involves imposing of penalty on citizens from two hundred to four hundred free minima income of citizens and on officials - from four hundred to seven hundred free minima income of citizens.
The actions provided by part two of this Article committed repeatedly within year after imposing of administrative punishment,
involve imposing of penalty on citizens from four hundred to seven hundred free minima income of citizens and on officials - from seven hundred to one thousand free minima of the income of citizens".
2. In the Water code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1995, No. 24, the Art. 189):
1) in Article 47:
the second to add part with the second offer of the following content: "Restriction of general water use, including restriction of bathing and swimming by boats, amateur and sports fishery, mooring to the coast during daylight hours in connection with finding of the parcels of land of coastal protective strips (beach area) in use of legal entities or physical persons, except the cases provided by the law is forbidden";
in part five the word "will lock" shall be replaced with words "the set restrictions";
2) in Article 88:
the thirteenth to replace part with two new parts of such content:
