About modification of the Regulations on the organization of system of the state accounting and control of radioactive materials and radioactive waste

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on the organization of system of the state accounting and control of radioactive materials and radioactive waste approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 15, 2016 No. 542 "About procedure for the organization of system of the state accounting and control of radioactive materials and radioactive waste" (The Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 26, the Art. 4050).

1. In subitems "an" and "v" of Item 2 of the word "or specific" shall be replaced with words "and specific".
2. In Item 7:
a) to state the paragraph of the seventh in the following edition:
"the passport (certificate) of radioactive materials (radionuclide sources) <*>" - the main accounting document processed in case of production of radioactive materials (radionuclide sources), containing all necessary accounting data on radioactive materials (radionuclide sources, including data on the radioactive materials containing in the specified radionuclide sources);";
b) the ninth to declare the paragraph invalid.
3. In Item 10 of the word of "the requirement to passports of radioactive waste and radioactive materials" shall be replaced with words "requirements to passports of radioactive waste and to passports (certificates) of radioactive materials (radionuclide sources) of the Russian producers".
