About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine
According to the paragraph to third Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 No. 731 "About approval of the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies", for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with the Convention on the rights of persons with disability I ORDER:
1. In the text of the Procedure for health maintenance organization in system of Public service of Ukraine on emergency situations approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of August 18, 2014 No. 831, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 09, 2014 for No. 1095/25872, of the word "disabled person", "disabled veteran" in all cases and forms of number to replace respectively with the words "person with disability", "person with disability owing to war" in the corresponding cases and forms of number.
2. In paragraph four of the Section X of the Procedure for the selection and acceptance in higher educational institutions of civil protection approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of February 23, 2015 No. 197, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 16, 2015 for No. 290/26735, the word of "disabled people" shall be replaced with words "persons with disability".
