Not apply the order of the Federal Service for Financial Markets of July 29, 2008 No. 08-30/pz-n "About procedure of payments of cost of one investment share in case of repayment of investment shares to person who did not fulfill duty to pay unpaid parts of investment shares", No. 12375 registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on October 1, 2008.

2. This Instruction becomes effective after 10 days after day of its official publication.
