About change of article 4 of the Law on the organization and functioning of Audit Chamber of the Republic of Moldova No. 260/2017

Art. I. – Article 4 of the Law on the organization and functioning of Audit Chamber of the Republic of Moldova No. 260/2017 (2018, 18), with subsequent changes, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 1-6, in the following edition:
"Article 4. Budget of Audit Chamber
(1) Activities of Audit Chamber are financed from the government budget.
(2) the Audit Chamber has own budget which is controlled it independently according to the legislation.
(3) the Budget of Audit Chamber is developed and affirms according to the principles, rules and procedures provided by the Law on public finance and budget and tax responsibility No. 181/2014 for independent/autonomous budget bodies.
(4) the Audit Chamber has the right to address to Parliament if allocated funds are not enough for activities implementation.".
Art. II. – (1) This law becomes effective since January 1, 2020.
(2) to the Government in three-months time from the date of adoption of this law to bring the regulations into accord with it.
