1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of December 24, 2009 No. 552 "About approval of the Order of interaction in case of exchange of information between bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the Pension fund of Ukraine concerning protection of interests of the state during the charging and payment of single fee on obligatory national social insurance and other payments in the Pension fund of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 30, 2010 for No. 261/17556 (with changes).
2. To management of interaction with National police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (Sokolovsky A. A.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
