Article 1

Part the second Article 9 to add 1) with words "and also if the Government of the Russian Federation for the benefit of ensuring defense of the country and safety of the state on representation of the federal executive body performing functions on development and realization of state policy in the field of defense, and (or) federal executive body in the field of safety does not establish additional requirements to the legal entities created in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation with participation of foreign investors who have the right to perform geological studying of subsoil plots of federal importance of internal sea waters and the territorial sea of the Russian Federation for the purpose of search and assessment of oil fields, gas and gas condensate";
