About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the state support of cinematography in Ukraine" concerning provision of government subsidy for return of part of the qualified expenses performed by the foreign subject of cinematography in case of production (creation) of the movie in Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About the state support of cinematography in Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2017, No. 20, the Art. 240) the following changes:

1. In Article 7:

Part one item 4 after the word "made" to add 1) with the word of "foreign";

Part the second to add 2) with paragraphs second and third such content:

"The state support on production (creation) of one movie (series) is performed only in one of the forms provided by Items 1 - 4 parts one of this Article.

At the same time the requirement of the cultural test does not extend to movies on which in Ukraine works are performed and/or services in production organization and directly productions are provided and/or to animation, and/or mounting тонировочные works, and/or works on creation of computer graphics (CG), including works on creation of effects of simulation of physical processes (VFX). For the purposes of part one of Article 10 and article 11 of this Law it is considered that such movies passed cultural test if at least 50 percent of persons involved in accomplishment to works/rendering services in the territory of Ukraine are citizens of Ukraine ".

3. The paragraph one of part three of article 10 after the word "made" to add with the word "foreign".

4. In Article 11:
