About change of the Order GNS No. 62 of February 15, 2019 about approval of the Instruction about procedure for use of electronic tax services
For the purpose of regulation of process of management of access to electronic tax services for taxpayers, and also based on Art. 132-3 of h (10) and Art. 133 of h (2) I ORDER to item 8 of the Tax code:
1. To add Item 29 of the Instruction on use of electronic tax services approved by the Order of the State Tax Administration No. 62 of 15.02.2019 with Item d) the following content:
"d) organization of tax post for electronic tax services AIS "E-invoice" and AIS "Online the Order of the Typified Forms" if it is specified in the order on organization of tax post."
2. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.
