About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning the beginning of work of the Supreme anti-corruption court
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:
1. Item 20-2 of the Section XI "Transitional provisions" of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine (2013, 88) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to Art. No. No. 9-13, in the following edition:
"20-2. The cognizance of the Supreme anti-corruption court provided by this Code as Trial Court, Appeal Court and investigative judges extends to criminal proceedings on which data on criminal offense are entered in the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations:
1) from the date of entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning the beginning of work of the Supreme anti-corruption court";
2) about day of entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning the beginning of work of the Supreme anti-corruption court" if pre-judicial investigation is performed or performed by National anti-corruption bureau of Ukraine and it is finished by prosecutors of Specialized anti-corruption prosecutor's office.
From the date of entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning the beginning of work of the Supreme anti-corruption court" in criminal procedures which pre-judicial investigation is performed by National anti-corruption bureau of Ukraine or pre-judicial investigation of which was performed by National anti-corruption bureau of Ukraine and is finished by prosecutors of Specialized anti-corruption prosecutor's office:
