1.1. in Article 6-1 of the word "since March 1, 2019 it is established in the amount of 160 manats" shall be replaced with words "since October 1, 2019 it is established in the amount of 200 manats";
1.2. in Article 29.1 to exclude the words "and the pension capital registered in insurance part of the individual account";
1.3. add with Article 29.1-1 of the following content:
"29.1-1. The pension capital registered in insurance part of insured individual account is indexed according to the decision of relevant organ of the executive authority according to the annual level of consumer price index determined by relevant organ of the executive authority once a year.".
This Law becomes effective since October 1, 2019.
