in Rules of accreditation of the professional organizations, the organizations for certification approved by the specified order:
state Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. The professional organizations for carrying out accreditation submit the following documents through the web portal of "the electronic government" www.e.gov.kz, www.elicense.kz (further - the portal):
1) request in electronic form, certified by the digital signature (further - the EDS) the head of the professional organization according to appendix 1 to these rules;
2) form of data according to appendix 2 to these rules;
3) the electronic (scanned) copy of the document (the agreement on interaction with the organizations for professional certification of accountants) confirming availability of system of advanced training of the members, with indication of the plan of holding the training actions.";

"1) request in electronic form, the head of the organization for certification certified by the EDS according to appendix 1 to these rules;";
add with Item 3-1 of the following content:
"3-1. Check of completeness of the submitted documents for accreditation is performed within two working days from the moment of receipt of documents.
