Approve the enclosed changes which are made to appendix to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 7, 2014 No. 778 "About measures for implementation of presidential decrees of the Russian Federation of August 6, 2014 No. 560, of June 24, 2015 No. 320, of June 29, 2016 No. 305, of June 30, 2017 No. 293, of July 12, 2018 No. 420 and of June 24, 2019 No. 293" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 32, Art. 4543; No. 34, Art. 4685; 2015, No. 26, Art. 3913; No. 33, Art. 4856; No. 39, Art. 5402; 2016, No. 10, Art. 1426; No. 23, Art. 3320; No. 28, Art. 4733; No. 38, Art. 5546; No. 44, Art. 6142; 2017, No. 22, Art. 3161; No. 28, Art. 4164; No. 45, Art. 6659; 2018, No. 31, Art. 4996; 2019, No. 26, Art. 3457).
2. To the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation:
a) develop and approve procedure for confirmation of purpose of imported goods which batches of seeds are intended for scientific research, the state testing, production of the seeds for export from the Russian Federation provided by appendix to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 7, 2014 No. 778 "About measures for implementation of presidential decrees of the Russian Federation of August 6, 2014 No. 560, of June 24, 2015 No. 320, of June 29, 2016 No. 305, of June 30, 2017 No. 293, of July 12, 2018 No. 420 and of June 24, 2019 No. 293" (in edition of this resolution) and the CN FEA EEU classified by codes 0701 10 000 0, 0703 10 110 0, 0712 90 110 0, 0713 10 100 0, 0713 20 000 0 and 0713 40 000 0;
b) approve as required the allowed volume of import to the Russian Federation of the goods specified in the subitem "an" of this Item.
