No. 297-300, 544), with subsequent changes, and also parts (9) Articles 41, parts (10) Article 44 and part (9) article 47 of the Law on currency control No. 62/2008 (repeated publication: Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2016, No. 423-429, the Art. 859) DECIDES: Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova

1. In the Resolution of Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova No. 304/2016 on approval of Regulations on licensing, control and authorization of organizations on currency exchange (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2016, No. 416-422, the Art. 2072) registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova at No. 1149 of November 17 2016, to make the following changes:

1) In acceptance formula the text "The law on currency control No. 62-XVI of March 21, 2008 (2008, Art. No. 127-130, 496), with subsequent changes and amendments", to replace Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova with the text "The law on currency control No. 62/2008 (repeated publication: Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2016, No. 423-429, the Art. 859), with subsequent changes".

2) In all text of regulations:

except for Item 1, "No. 62-XVI of March 21, 2008" to replace the text with the text "No. 62/2008";
