About modification of Rules of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity

2. Annually, till March 1 to represent to the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation to the Government of the Russian Federation the report on the analysis of statistics of operation of antiemergency automatic equipment on the objects of consumption connected under operation of the devices of special automatic shutdown of loading which are part of antiemergency automatic equipment of prevention of violation of stability and accounting of these data when forming obligations on purchase of capacity for buyers of electrical energy and capacity which power accepting installations are connected under operation of the specified devices of special automatic shutdown of loading, and other buyers of electrical energy and capacity.
