About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus
For the purpose of further enhancement of activities of Committee for State Security I decide:
1. Bring in the Regulations on Committee for State Security of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2013 No. 325, the following changes:
1.1. to add Item 3 after the word of "Committee" with words "(without personnel on servicing of buildings, and also the workers and employees who are not containing due to budget financing)";
1.2. in subitem 9.7 of Item 9 of the word", including fight against terrorist activities" shall be replaced with words "and fight against terrorism";
1.3. in Item 10:
in subitem 10.10:
shall be replaced with words words of "defense industry" "the defense sector of economy";
after words of "scientific developments" to add the subitem with words ", realizes powers in the field of state regulation of activities for safety when using atomic energy";
from subitem 10.19 of the word of "violations of the law" to exclude;
in subitem 10.22 of the word of "telecommunication bonds" shall be replaced with words "telecommunication and mail service";
add Item with subitem 10.29-1 of the following content:
"10.29-1. determines procedure for application of technical measures of protection of the state secrets in systems encoded, other types of special communication, exercises control of application of such measures;";
add Item with subitem 10.30-1 of the following content:
"10.30-1. determines procedure for conducting check regarding suitability to service (work) in the state security agencies subordinated to them military units and other organizations of the citizens employed (work) or serving (working) in these bodies, military units and the organizations;";
exclude subitem 10.37;
in subitem 10.39 of the word "on the territory (from the territory) state members of the Customs union" shall be replaced with words "on customs area (from customs area) the Eurasian Economic Union";
