In the Instruction about procedure for creation and submission of reports by banks in the prudential purposes approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 279/2011 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, No. 216-221, the Art. 2008) registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova at No. 1169/2016, with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

1) In Item 15 of the item c) to state the fourth paragraph in the following edition: "For physical nonresident persons - the state identification number of person assigned by authorized bodies of the country of accommodation, and if it is not specified in the identity certificate is specified serial number and number of the provided identity certificate which the code alfa-2 precedes the countries in which the nonresident is registered";
