1. In Items 14 (3), 28 and 32 (1) Regulations on features of participation of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship in purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities, annual amount of such purchases and procedure of payments of the specified amount approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 11, 2014 No. 1352 "About features of participation of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship in purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 51, Art. 7438; 2016, No. 51, of the Art. 7405), the words "30 calendar" shall be replaced with words "15 workers".
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2020 and is applied to the relations connected with implementation of purchases of goods, works, services, notices on which implementation are placed in unified information system in the field of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs or invitations to take part in which are sent after day of entry into force of this resolution.
