About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About advertizing"

In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About advertizing" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2015, No. 7, Article 812; 2016, No. 11, Article 1755, No. 12, Article 1996; 2017, No. 3, Article 334; No. 5, of Article 675, of 748, No. 6, Article 1029, No. 7, Article 1307) to make the following changes:
1. In the second offer of Article 26.1 "carriers" to replace the word with the word "constructions".
2. State Article 26.2-2 in the following edition:
"26.2-2. The advertizing distributor shall also:
26.2-2.1. conclude with the owner of the real estate which is in private property on whom the advertizing carrier, the usage agreement of this property will be placed;
26.2-2.2. if the advertizing carrier is placed on the real estate which is in municipal property to pay to the structure created by relevant organ of the executive authority, the amount following from the agreement which will be signed between municipality and the specified structure concerning use of this property.".
3. Add with Article 26.2-3 of the following content:
"26.2-3. The advertizing distributor brings payment for distribution of outdoor advertizing to the structure created by relevant organ of the executive authority according to article 35.3 of this Law.".
4. In Article 26.8 the word "Boards" shall be replaced with words "Boards (texts) in number of no more than 1 piece and with a total area no more than 2 square meters", words "advertizing carriers" shall be replaced with words "and information boards, stipulated in Article 86.1 Town-planning and construction codes of the Azerbaijan Republic … advertizing carriers and advertizing on which placement permission is required".
