About entering of amendments into the Law "About Public Service"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on July 10, 2019

Article 1. Part 4 of article 6 of the Law of March 23, 2018 of ZR-206-N "About public service" (further - the Law) after words "the chief of staff of the Prime Minister, his deputies," to add with words "the representative of the Republic of Armenia in the European Court of Human Rights,".

Article 2. To add article 9 of the Law with part 26 of the following content:

"26. Appoints the representative of the Republic of Armenia in the European Court of Human Rights to position, dismisses, grants leave and the Prime Minister applies encouragement measures.".

Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
