Article 1. In the list of Appendix to the Penitentiary code of the Republic of Armenia of December 24, 2004:

The first paragraph to add 1) with Item 6 of the following content:

"6) the single apartment (including the home parcel of land and subsidiary structures which are available on this site, constituting one single property unit with the apartment) or its parts which is the single permanent address of the convict, and the starting price for which is equal or below the minimum amount provided for realization of the single apartment established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.";

To add 2) with the second paragraph of the following content:

"The provision, stipulated in Item 6 first paragraphs of this list, does not extend to cases when at stage of execution of the decision on property attachment for the purpose of ensuring possible confiscation of property the convict by the property right possessed more than one apartment (including the home parcel of land and subsidiary structures which are available on this site, constituting one single property unit with the apartment) or its parts, and the convict alienated them further, having kept the property right to one apartment (including the home parcels of land and subsidiary structures which are available on this site, constituting one single property unit with the apartment) or its part.

Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
