About introduction of amendments to articles 8 and 9 of the Federal law "About Accumulative and Mortgage System of Housing Providing the Military Personnel"

Bring in the Federal Law of August 20, 2004 No. 117-FZ "About accumulative and mortgage system of housing providing the military personnel" (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 34, Art. 3532; 2007, No. 50, Art. 6237; 2011, No. 27, Art. 3879; 2012, No. 26, Art. 3443; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3477; No. 30, Art. 4084; 2014, No. 23, Art. 2930; 2016, No. 18, Art. 2494) following changes:
Shall be replaced with words 1) regarding the 2nd Article 8 of the word of "executive bodies" "state bodies";
2) in Article 9:
a) in part 1:
item 4 after the words "soldiers and sailors" to add with the words "enlisted till January 1, 2020", to replace the words "not earlier than" with the word "later";
add with Item 4.1 of the following content:
"4. 1) the sergeants and foremen, soldiers and sailors who enlisted after December 31, 2019 whose general duration of military service under the contract after December 31, 2019 will constitute three years, including duration of military service under the contract before the specified date;";
b) in part 2:
to add item 4 after words of "soldiers and sailors" with words ", enlisted till January 1, 2020,";
add with Item 4.1 of the following content:
"4. 1) for sergeants and foremen, soldiers and sailors who enlisted under the contract after December 31, 2019 - the general duration of their military service under the contract after December 31, 2019 three years, including duration of military service under the contract before the specified date;";
in Item 14 of the word "or did not use the right to become participants of accumulative and mortgage system" to exclude;
add with Item 16 of the following content:
