1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "Questions of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 20, 2012 No. 114 the following change:
in Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- state Item 15 in the following edition:
"15. In the Ministry the board is formed of 9 people. Members of board on position are the minister, the secretary of state, deputy ministers and the head of the structural unit of the ministry supervising legal issues. Representatives of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic without fail are part of board.
The chairman of board on position is the minister, as an exceptional case - the deputy authorized by him. Members of board affirm the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic on representation of the minister.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
