Article 1. In article 32 of the Code of administrative legal proceedings of the Republic of Armenia of December 5, 2013 (further - the Code) the words "name, surname" shall be replaced with words "the name, surname, and for citizens of the Republic of Armenia - also middle name (further - name)".
Article 2. In Articles 37, of 62, of 73, of 86, of 126, Item 2 Articles 146, to Article 158, Item 2 parts of 1 Article 171, articles 189 and 222.5 of the Code of the word "name, surname" to replace 3 parts with the word "name".
Article 3. In Item 2 Articles 146, Item 3 parts of 1 Article 158, item 4 of part of 1 Article 171, Item 2 of part 1 of article 186 of the Code of the word "names, surnames" to replace 3 parts with the word "names".
Article 4. To add part 1 of article 131 of the Code with Item 12 of the following content:
"12) other decisions - in the cases established by the law.".
Article 5. Regarding the 2nd article 132 of the Code of the word "this Code" to replace with the word "Code".
Article 6. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
