1. Add with Article 20.3 of the following content:
"20.3. If during finding in the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic of person having along with citizenship of the Azerbaijan Republic as well nationality of other state (states), citizenship of the Azerbaijan Republic stops, this person within 30 days from the moment of receipt of official information on it shall leave the territory of the country or, in the presence of the bases, stipulated in Article the 45th of this Code, address to relevant organ of the executive authority for receipt of permission to temporary residence in the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic. During consideration of such address person is considered temporarily staying in the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic on legal causes.".
2. In the first offer of Article 21.9 to words "of this Code" to add with the words "within 5 working days from the moment of arrival on the new place of stay".
3. To exclude the words "or petition of the relevant structures of the Azerbaijan Republic" from Article 25.3.
4. In Article 30.1 shall be replaced with words the word "petitions" "the invitation letter certified in notarial procedure".
