In case of absence at the partner - the subject of small and medium entrepreneurship of the loan debt classified on portfolio basis on which risk assessment is performed on the basis of intra bank estimates of creditworthness contingent obligations of credit nature which size does not exceed 10 000 000 rubles on which risk assessment is performed on the basis of intra bank estimates of creditworthness of the partner join in portfolio with size of reserve at least 0,5 of percent.
