Bring in part 3 of article 5 of the Federal constitutional Law of February 5, 2014 No. 3-FKZ "About the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 6, Art. 550; No. 30, Art. 4205; 2018, No. 31, the Art. 4811) change, having added with its Item 13.1 of the following content:
"13. 1) is approved by Regulations of carrying out judicial conciliation, and also on the basis of offers of courts of cassation of the general jurisdiction, Appeal Courts of the general jurisdiction, the Supreme Courts of the republics, regional, regional courts, courts of the federal cities, court of the autonomous region, courts of autonomous areas, district (naval) public courts, Arbitration Courts create and approve the list of judicial conciliators;".
This Federal constitutional Law becomes effective after ninety days after day of its official publication.
