About entering of amendments into the Law "About Local Self-government"

Article 1. ZR-337 "About local self-government" (further - the Law) after the word "about" to add the first offer of Item 21 of part 1 of article 18 of the Law of May 7, 2002 with words "(including the cases provided by the PGCh program provided by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About partnership the state-part sector")".
Article 2. To add Item 3 of part 1 of article 86 of the Law with the Item "to" of the following content:
"to. the financial resources formed within the PGCh program provided by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About partnership the state-part sector" if the PGCh program provides formation of such means for community;".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2020.
