About modification of some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – In the Tax code No. 1163/1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of February 8, 2007), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. In Article 103:
in part (6) word "in shops", shall be replaced with words "in the duty-free shops located in disposal zone from the Republic of Moldova";
part (9-10) to state in the following edition:
"(9-10) It is exempted from the VATes without the deduction right commodity import classified by goods items 271012310, 271012700 and 271019210, of the aircrafts intended for gas station participating in the international freight and passenger traffic.".
2. In Item h) Article 104 of the word "in shops" shall be replaced with words "in the duty-free shops located in disposal zone from the Republic of Moldova".
3. In Item c) parts (6) Article 123 word of "shop", shall be replaced with words "the duty-free shop located in disposal zone from the Republic of Moldova".
4. In Article 124:
in part (5) word "in shops", shall be replaced with words "in the duty-free shops located in disposal zone from the Republic of Moldova";
in part (9) word of "shop", shall be replaced with words "the duty-free shop located in disposal zone from the Republic of Moldova";
part (to state 21) in the following edition:
"(21) commodity import Is exempted from excise, classified by goods items 271012310, 271012700 and 271019210, the aircrafts intended for gas station participating in the international freight and passenger traffic.".
5. In part (3) Article 125 of the word "in shops", shall be replaced with words "in the duty-free shops located in disposal zone from the Republic of Moldova".
