Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About state registration of acts of civil status" of April 29, 2006 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2006, No. 4, Art. 201; 2008, No. 12, h 2, Art. 1017; 2009, No. 3, Art. 89; 2011, No. 3, Art. 178, No. 6, Art. 444; 2015, No. 3, Art. 220, No. 11, Art. 961, Art. 962; 2016, No. 3, Art. 144, Art. 145; 2017, No. 7-9, of the Art. 574) following changes and amendments:

1. To add part 2 of article 3 after the words "civil registrations" with the words "irrespective of nationality, race, floor, language, religion, political convictions, education, social and property status of citizens".

2. In Article 4:

- 1 after the words "for the benefit of the state and society" to add part with words ", including for the purpose of collection of complete, reliable and timely statistical information about civil status";

- to add part 5 after words of Republic of Tajikistan with the words "taking into account requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan about identity documents".

3. Add with article 4 (2) the following content:

"Article 4 (2). Procedure for carrying out state registration of acts of civil status, modification of assembly records of civil status, their renewal and cancellation

1. The procedure for carrying out state registration of acts of civil status, modification of assembly records of civil status, their renewal and cancellation is regulated by the instruction approved by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan.
