"19. Applicable documentation on TO and PAT means:
1) the directives of the flight validity and instruction for maintenance of the flight validity issued by authorized organization (authorized body);
2) any applicable directives of the flight validity issued by developer of the aircraft equipment;
3) the applicable instructions for maintenance of the flight validity issued by holders of the certificate like the aircraft equipment and amendments to it;
4) any applicable documents and data issued according to Item of 26 presents of Certified requirements;
5) the instructions issued by authorized organization (authorized body) if they differ from instructions of subitems 2), 3) and 4) of Item of 26 presents of Certified requirements, or in case of total absence of other specific recommendations.";
