About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 30, 2016 No. 789

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 30, 2016 No. 789 "About setting standards (standard rates) of consumption of housing and communal services for calculation of non-cash housing subsidies" the following changes:

1.1. in appendix 1 to this resolution:

in Item to replace 3 figures of "1,19" with figures of "1,4";

in Item of the 7th figure "0,53" to replace with figures of "0,65";

1.2. in appendix 2 to this resolution:

in item 4:

"(or)" and "with the attached (total) electric power more than 5 kilowatts" to exclude words;

"water-heating" to replace the word with the word "electroheating";

add appendix with the interlinear note of the following content:

"Note. In case of the premises equipment in accordance with the established procedure the electric stove and stationary established electric heaters for needs of heating and hot water supply of regulation of consumption are calculated totally proceeding from the regulations established in Items 1 and 4 of this appendix.";

1.3. in appendix 4 to this resolution:

in Item of 1 figure "0,39" to replace with figures of "0,6";

in Item to replace 2 figures of "0,47" with figures of "0,66".

2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2019.
