About entering of amendments into the Law "About Pawnshops and Lombard Activities"

Article 1. ZR-43-N "About pawnshops and lombard activities" (further - the Law) to add article 6 of the Law of December 3, 2003 with the Item "z.1" of the following content:
"h. 1) shall not have participants with voting power in the amount of 10 and more percent having criminal record for the crime committed intentionally (if this criminal record is not removed or is not extinguished in the procedure established by the law), or the head having criminal record for the crime committed intentionally;".
Article 2. To add part 2 of article 13 of the Law with the Item "B. 1" of the following content:
". 1) at least one of members of the applicant has the participation granting voting power in the amount of 10 and more percent, has criminal record for the crime committed intentionally and this criminal record is not removed or not extinguished in the procedure established by the law, or the head has criminal record for the crime committed intentionally;".
Article 3. To add part 1 of article 15 of the Law with the Item "B. 1" of the following content:
". 1) the report on absence at the participants and heads having the participation granting voting power in the amount of 10 and more percent, stipulated in Item "z.1" article 6 of this Law, criminal record for the crime committed intentionally, according to the procedure and in the terms established by authorized body;".
Article 4. To add the Item "z" of part 2 of article 18 of the Law after words of "this Law" with the words "at least, one of the conditions established by part "z.1" Articles 6, or".
Article 5. To add the Item "g" of part 1 of article 19 of the Law after the word "g" with the word", z.1".
