About introduction of amendments and changes in the Law "About Content of Detainees and the Arrested Persons"

Article 1. In article 35 of the Law of February 6, 2002 ZR-305 "About content of detainees and the arrested persons" (further - the Law):
Part 3 after the word of "chief" to add 1) with the word "reasonable";
2) part 4 after the word of "circumstances" to add with the words "reasonable need of achievement of the pursued lawful purpose by application of disciplinary measures".
Article 2. In article 36 of the Law:
Part 4 to state 1) in the following edition:
"During stay in punishment cell the arrested persons can be prohibited:
1) obtaining and making of money transfers, except as specified receipts of necessities;
2) obtaining and sending transfers, sending and packets, except for case of receipt of necessities;
3) participation in civil transactions;
4) appointments, except as specified, provided by the law;
5) use of telephone communication.";
To add 2) with parts 10-12 of the following content:
"During stay in punishment cell the arrested persons are forbidden to work.
The restrictions provided by part 4 of this Article are applied by the motivated solution of the place of content of arrested or person fulfilling its duties on application of measure of punishment. During stay in punishment cell more than one restriction, provided by the fourth paragraph of this Article can be applied.
In case of application of each restriction provided by part 4 of this Article the causal relationship between the allowed violation and the applied restriction and reasonable need of achievement of the pursued lawful purpose by restriction application shall be proved.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
