1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Rules of placement of information by subjects of information which obligatory placement is stipulated by the legislation the Russian Federation, in unified information system of housing construction, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 26, 2019 No. 319 "About unified information system of housing construction" (The Russian Federation Code, 2019, No. 13, the Art. 1427).
2. Take into consideration that the technological capability of use of personal accounts of builders in unified information system of housing construction, the stipulated in Article 23.3 Federal Laws "About Participation in Shared-equity Construction of Apartment Houses and Other Real Estate Objects and about Modification of Some Legal Acts of the Russian Federation" (further - information system), for the direction them in information system of the project documentation and results of engineering researches is provided with the operator of information system at the expense of own means.
3. Determine that the project documentation and results of engineering researches go builders to information system before the expiration of 6 months from the date of publication of information system by the operator on its official site on the Internet of information on availability of technological capability of use of personal accounts of builders for the purpose of placement of the project documentation and results of engineering researches in information system.
