About entering of amendment into the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. ZR-528-N to add the criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of April 18, 2003 with Article 226.1 of the following content:
"Article 226.1. Public calls for terrorism, financing of terrorism and the international terrorism, public justification or promotion of making of the specified crimes
1. Public calls for making of the crimes provided by Articles 217, the 217.1 or 389 of this Code, public justification or promotion of making of the specified crimes if it entailed real threat of making of the specified crimes:
Are punished by penalty in the amount of five hundredfold to the thousandfold size of minimum wage or arrest from two to four months, or imprisonment no more than three years.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
