Article 1. ZR-135-N "About currency control and currency exchange control" (further - the Law) to add article 7.1 of the Law of November 24, 2004 with part 5 of the following content:
"5. Members of the organization performing dealer and broker purchase and sale of foreign currency (the currency dealer broker) of the organization performing purchase and sale foreign currency (exchange points) or the organizations which addressed them for receipt of the license having the participation granting voting power in the amount of 10 and more percent shall not have criminal records for the crime committed intentionally and this criminal record is not removed or not extinguished in the procedure established by the law, and their heads shall not have criminal records for the crime committed intentionally if this criminal record is not removed or is not extinguished in the procedure established by the law. The organizations performing dealer and broker purchase and sale of foreign currency (the currency dealer broker) and the organization performing purchase and sale of foreign currency (exchange points) submit in the Central bank the report on the data provided by this part, according to the procedure and in the terms established by the Central bank.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication and extends to the relations arising after entry into force of this Law.
