About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Currency Control and Currency Exchange Control"

Article 1. In article 7 of the Law of November 24, 2004 ZR-135-N "About currency control and currency exchange control":
Part 5.1 to state 1) in the following edition:
"5.1. In the territory of the Republic of Armenia loans can be also granted in foreign currency, except for consumer loans which are granted only in dramas of the Republic of Armenia.
The loans of agricultural purpose granted in the amount up to 5.000.000 dram (including 5.000.000 dram of the Republic of Armenia) and the loans granted to the midget commercial organizations and individual entrepreneurs in the amount up to 5.000.000 dram (including 5.000.000 dram of the Republic of Armenia), established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state assistance to small and medium entrepreneurship" can be provided both in dramas of the Republic of Armenia, and in foreign currency";
2) part 8.1. state in the following edition:
"8.1. Banks and credit institutions grant consumer loans and the loans only in dramas of the Republic of Armenia.
The loans of agricultural purpose granted in the amount up to 5.000.000 dram (including 5.000.000 dram of the Republic of Armenia) and provided to the midget commercial organizations and individual entrepreneurs in the amount up to 5.000.000 dram (including 5.000.000 dram of the Republic of Armenia), established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state assistance to small and medium entrepreneurship", can be provided both in dramas of the Republic of Armenia, and in foreign currency.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective in month after its official publication. Operation of this Law extends to the agreements signed in day of entry into force of the Law and after that, and which arose from them the relation.
