1.1. to give the text of Article 76 in the following edition:
"For collection of sums of money or reclamation of property from the debtor the notary in the location of the debtor makes executive texts on the documents establishing debt.
Executive texts are made only if the submitted documents confirm indisputability of debt and if the term provided in part three of this Article did not expire.
If other term for reclamation on which the executive text is made is not established by the law, the executive text is made from the moment of emergence of the right of reclamation and before the expiration of the corresponding terms of reclamation, stipulated in Clause 373 Civil codes of the Azerbaijan Republic.
